Conversion Project, Old Website to New .PSD templates, Total Conversion, Several Smaller Pojects Within, Final project to be fully functional and ready for deployment

ONLY BID IF YOU ARE PROFICENT IN PHOTOSHOP, CSS, AND, PHP OR ASP.NET (or another server side language) I have 7 different .PSD templates that I need the coder to take, and then take the current site and all of the content and design features, and move them over to the new design using quick loading CSS and any other methods at the coders disposal in order to get the site to be quick loading. All of the design features are taken care of, so all you have to do is the formatting and the migration of the content and other things (hyperlinks, etc.). Also, this project includes the following. The product pages I have an example of what I want them to look like, and am adding extra money to the bid for the coder to accomplish this. Also, I need the coder to deploy a forum, something like what is freely available at www.asp.net. The coder will also need to be able to convert two static HTML quizs that are one the site, and make it dynamic to the end user using some type of server side language such as PHP or .ASP, or whatever means you feel you can do it in. Also, we would like to put breadcrumbs on the site as well, so the end user can track where they are in the site. The coder will also have to be somewhat creative because they will have to create and drop the content for the product index and some of the other minor stuff for other pages, however all of the content you need is there. The final has to be editable in frontpage or dreamweaver. I am looking for a PROFESSIONAL coder, one that I can depend on for this project and ones in the future. We also use storefront as our eStore, which will have to be integrated. This is the first project in a string of 125, I am looking for a reliable coder so that I don't have to keep posting these things and that I can depend on to give me good looking designs, quick loading pages, and a professional attitude and approach towards the project. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
