I'm looking to build a website similar to [[login to view URL]][1].? I want users to be able to register and submit articles to the website.? I would need a back office to approve the articles.? The article pages must be easily indexed by the search engines.? I also need some sort of CMS system so I can manipulate the site as I wish.?
