Please read below in the deliverables section for more details (project was too long to fit here)...... ## Deliverables ......... continuation of project description My goal for the site is to offer a contact list importing service for site owners who do not have the resources to do it themselves. My site will allow them to put a button on their site which when clicked will send their visitors to my site, along will any variables sent along (such as subject, message, url etc). On my site the user can then login to their email accounts or social networks import their list of friends , select who they wish to send the message to. It will then send the message and return the user to the clients specified Thank you page. Note: When running such a service the my site is highly vulnerable to automatically get blacklisted and have emails be sent into the junk folder. Even if no one in particular is spamming, just the volume and the amount of bounced emails that arise from people having inactive addresses in their address book is enough to cause problems. And if someone malicious exploits the system and uses it to spam then we have big problems. Hence within your bid please specify if you have previous experiance when dealing with these issues, and how you plan to design the system to avoid the problems. One approach I considered was, using the clients mail server itself. But with this option, I forsee a lot of problems as well, my target market is not very knowledgeable in programming, hence getting them to setup everything correctly could be an issue, as well as the problem of having their outgoing mail servers configured differently. So if you see this as a better option, let me know how the process can be made as easy and as flexible as possible. In addition to the email service I plan to include an advertisement at the bottom of each email. In the course of time I would like to have a revenue split with the client based on a CPC rate of links within the email. With that being said. I would like an affiliate system integrated in. (stats, earning, payroll etc) On the admin control panel, I should be able to select if I wish to offer a free service or offer a paid service and set the rates accordingly. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
