Ebay Price Checker Software API FIX

We have had a PHP tool designed to go into eBay Via Ebay API and check Prices of items from a supplied spreadsheet (see attached example spreadsheet - prices - for items that the software checks for). The software checks each item in the spreadsheet against each item on ebay and then when done creates an output spreadsheet with a full list of items - Any items that are on eBay cheaper than the supplied spreadsheet will be highlighted in Yellow (see attached spreadsheet example ebay_output) As you will see it also provides information about the seller of the cheapest item as well. The Data returned for cheapest price is based on Cost of Item Plus Domestic Postage for the ebay site of choice. EBAY changed their API and we have had the software re-written to work with thge New API, BUT the developer provided us with a semi-working version and now we can not get hold of them! Everything works fine EXCEPT when searching for prices on ebay Australia the software searches as if it is based in the USA - So it reurns data from EBAY Australia BUT with prices in US$ and ALSO International Postage prices - We need it to get prices as if you are searching from withing Australia so prices would be in Australian Dollars and Postage would be Australian Domestic rates. So we need this one small thing changing in the way it searches ebay. We run the PHP from our desktop using WAMP server and have all the PHP files needed. The previous developer still has a test version online you can look at: [login to view URL] Username: admin Password: admin Choose import excel sheet (use attached sheet prices) Choose Australia, Movies, Brand New from the drop down boxes and then import and you will get the output spreadsheet you can export As you will see it is not bringing in domestic prices but international postage prices and also in US $$ It does not highlight anything cheaper in Yellow as well so this would need fixing as well.
