QuickReports Custom Preview

Delphi 3 and QuickReports 3.08 I need a working custom example of a custom preview window that is an exact copy of the current QuickReports preview window - with the addition of three buttons on the toolbar (Fax,EMail,PDF). Example code is available on the [[login to view URL]][1] website that shows how to implement a custom preview window, but that code appears to be very buggy and is very old. In my testing of the code, I receive access violations when attempting to preview an item multiple times. Also, the examples become more unstable when you remove the Printer Setup dialog call that is in the line right before invoking the print object. I get better stability with the examples designed for Delphi 4 that also use 3.08 QuickReports, but bugs still exist in their code. Basically I need the custom preview window to have all the functions of the current preview window, please give me access to the event handlers for three buttons. These buttons would add code from other third-party libraries, so I cannot just customize their existing preview window. Bonus 50% if the project can be completed within the 18 hrs.
