Delphi IE Toolbar

I am looking for toolbar that can be installed in Internet Explorer this MUST be made with Delphi. 6,7 or 2006. This MUST come with instructions on how to install the toolbar and a sample install / uninstall program written in Delphi MUST accompany the toolbar source code or an example on how to do this. The toolbar will come with a search example ( it can point to any site ) a drop down menu example, buttons and drop down menu example. And of course all source code. A bonus would be considered if this toolbar can also be installed in outlook an outlook express but this is NOT a requirement. Please do not use .NET . You may use any of the JEDI libs to make this happen I would prefer all native delphi libs. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
