453790 News pages scraping / web data collection

Basiclly I am looking for a homepage that contains news from different sources. Let's say for example CNN / NBC / BBC etc. I wish to collect / scrap from around 100 different sources and about 70 different home pages. Sports / World News / Economy / Motor etc. Example: CNN -> Sports  World News  Economy  Motor BBC -> Sports  World News  Economy  Motor Every news should be presented in it's own category from a drop down menu. I will provide the categorys. I want to extract title (with link to source ) , date and description up to 100 characters. I need the home page to be in friendly CSS format so I can change the layout later. Every article should be shared with facebook. I prefer a small logo or something like that. All news pages will be in Swedish. I can help with translations etc, no problem. Don't worry about the layout. Just make it visible easy for me to add my own layout later on. I prefer if the code is presented in PHP output, since I am most skilled with this. XML feed or mySQL database for storage, I don't really have a problem with the choice. Here is the most important thing: I must have the scraping script on auto update a few times every day. So I get the latest news, always! Please tell me if you require some extra specification from the web host in order to make the auto script work! The programmer should provide support in the beginning then I will pay for extra help.
