Vinyl cutter plotter driver for use in windows based programs

We have a vinyl cutter plotter manufactured for us. We need a driver written for this cutter to work with any windows based graphic program IE corel Draw, Adobe Illustratior, as well as custom sign making software.. The driver would be installed as a printer in the windows system. So that the programs can send cut command from print menu. Basic operation is very simple x y axis cutter. Driver needs to be compatable with 98 to XP including 2000 Pro and Mac. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
