As you are aware wireless networks (802.11b) operate security called WEP (Wired Equivalent Privacy) which are normally 64/128 or 256 bit keys. In order to test mine and friends networks we require a program that is able to 'sniff' out or 'break' a WEP key and have the key displayed. The program must have the option to select the channel that the access point is transmitting on. Only channels 1 to 12 are needed, also a facility to add a remote MAC address is this is known. The WEP key when found should be displayed in a box please see attached image for very simple layout. Also a Message box to say if the wep key is 64/128/256 bit.
