c++ message dll client and server

I need an experienced c++ programmer with skills in network programming to write a very efficent dll messaging client and backend messaging server. I need to be able to call the client using a dll directly, I do not wish to have the extra overhead of calling an exe. But the option to call an exe should be there also. The system must be able to cope with VERY high volumes so the client will be called perhaps 25 times/sec so the delivered project must be very efficient. * The system should never loose messages. The client should wait for the server to reply that the message was recieved. * * The client should be able to send it's messages to a remote host. * The server should write messages to a database. * The server should queue incoming messages in memory and a configurable amount of threads should then write messages to a database. * To ensure messages are never lost, the server should always write messages to a temporary file before writing to the database incase the database is unavailable and the system reboots or the server process is restarted. * Client should mark when messages were sent & server should mark when messages were written to db * db, thread no and other parameters should be configurable * Config file location should be configurable * Log file location should be configurable ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). ## Platform c++ (NOT .NET) on Windows 2003 server
