FlexGrid cell selection algorithm

Using a MSHFlexGrid control (VB 6 SP5), to write a cell selection subroutine according to the specifications, requirements, rules and comments as described in the attached file. Bidder to offer two bids: one for implementing all the requests (including the optional additional requirement) and one without the optional additional requirement. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code (fully documented in a professional and clear way), of all work done. 2) EXE package to run on the Windows platform specified in the attached file. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Windows 98, NT 4.0 SP6, 2000 and XP.
