Web Crawler Needed to sniff, copying and pasting of info

I plan on opening a Nigerian based job advertisement website which has already been set up and is located at [login to view URL] This website is expected to host a wealth of Nigerian based job opportunities for which unemployed Nigerians will be able to easily access and get some help on job related inquires. Due to the scarcity in job opportunity information in Nigeria, my only hope of getting Nigerian based job adverts for my site is by the use of a web-crawler which I hope will be able to crawl in to the database of similar Nigerian job hosting websites and then extract the information from that website, then paste it unto my website. The crawler should have a functionality which allows the addition of multiple sniff destinations, which means by entering changing the web address or adding multiple web addresses the web crawler could be re-calibrated to sniff copy out resources from different websites and paste it in to mine. The crawler should also be designed to sniff and copy pictures too as well as recognize the similar text so as to avoid double copying of the same information from different sites. I am not sure how possible this will be but I will like to hear from candidates with much experience in crawler development. Hope to hear from someone soon.
