MS-Outlook CLONE program

**Resource-File** is a desktop software program that is a clone ??"almost- of **MS-Outlook**…in that it is a contacts database, that is also a complete **EMAIL Management program** that then **STORES** those emails by client --cross-referenced to a Project # embedded in the email/field-- and primarily functions WITHIN a private group -per Industry Association- operating as an **INTRANET** business / social networking tool. This program needs to also have ??"in its **Outlook style, front-end menu**- OTHER _types_ of **RESOURCES** besides **PEOPLE** to select for review or data entry. These are Books, Web-Sites, Articles , Organizations and Events/Shows. Each of these other, non-people RESOURCES will have unique screens for data entry that is appropriate to their type of descriptions. Another unique feature of this system is that it will have an ONLINE component as well. This function will allow our users to BACK-UP their desktop app to our hosted web-site with the press of a button ??"and per a reminder alert message / date of last update. Also all record changes and new additions will need to be Date/Time stamped to facilitate this SYNCing to their online COPY ??"which can be accessed by them alone when they are away from their home computer. Now then, once our host computer has their information we will CULL certain information FROM their private records to form a central database of potential RESOURCES for interaction with other members of the larger GROUP. Those records that are marked **PRIVATE** will only have minimal information shared and NOT their real names or other static info…so that IF the GROUP or other members wanted to get in touch with one of these Private Contacts they’d need to go through the originating MEMBER to contact them. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
