.NET Bulk E-mailer using Existing Database NOT SPAM this is a personal mailing list

We need a .NET based e-mail application that sends e-mail to people on our list. ( the list is for our sone who has cerebral palsy [login to view URL] ) We already have an application that people can use to refer their friends (eg send our site to their friends) This is in an existing access database structure that you will need to interface with. 1. You will make a change to the database that includes a flag whether they are on the mailing list or not, as well as an unsubscribed flag 2. Make an admin page where we can edit/ remove or send an e-mail to everyone in the database (who is not marked as unsubscribed), or send only to people who are listed as on the mailing list (not everyone in the database). 3. Implement a subscribe/ unsubscribe feature (link based via a web-page for unsubscribe) 4. Import the 1,000+- records we already have in a mailing list and flag them as "on the mailing list" the source file for existing records is a text CSV 5. Web-based secure login database editing/deleting/adding records Web-based secure login database exporting to tab-delimited text file. The chosen coder will set the app up on our server. We may eventually be using this on more than one server so you must comment your code and keep the setup options as simple as possible.
