Multiple RFP Project - Mapping Utility

Project Scope: This project requires a fully functional and streamlined ASP website, that includes three functional areas, each of which will go under separate proposal:  ASP based backbone  Mapping Utility  Website introduction page Each functional area will go under separate proposal to allow the client to maximize bid selection on the basis of an individual's/company's expertise in each functional area. Prospect companies may choose to propose a bundled bid for multiple functional areas or a focused bid for a single functional area. Therefore, those who have expertise in only one of the three functional areas will not be limited by this approach This project requires the development of an e-commerce site that is fully automated, based on input from users through the use of forms, processed through IIS, and stored, initially, in a Microsoft Access 2002 (XP) database. Volume may/will require a rapid migration of the database to SQL server or ORACLE database to maintain performance. Security will be of utmost importance due to the nature of an e-commerce site. Personal information and exchange of documentation will need to be completed successfully and without any residual concerns of security by the customer. All modules/functional areas must be scaleable without major changes. ## Deliverables Fully functional module(s).
