Community Starter Kit Expert Needed

We have a client whose website is built upon MS Community Starter Kit. We are seeking out a programmer or team that has experience working with CSK. Our hope is to find an individual to build a long term relationship with. **1.** The current tasks would include migrating the website to a new server. **2.** Being an expert resource for information regarding CSK. **3.** All of our current needs are for the purpose of making the website more search engine friendly. The list of improvements: **HEADER** **o** The ability to have unique information on individual pages or default to a controlling parent pages information. **o** Being able to have the ability to place a unique title on each page is of particular importance. **Footer** **o** The ability to have unique information on individual pages or default to a controlling parent pages information or master pages information. **Static Pages** **o** The ability to add static pages to the website **o** The ability to add these pages to the site map **Content** **o** The ability to add code as well as text to as many areas as possible of a dynamic page. **Backup** **o** A way to regularly backup the website in its entirety; data bases, scripts, the whole shebang **Admin** **o** Unique logins to the control panel with various levels of rights. **o** Define and “lock down?? the code used in templates, prohibiting content contributors from making deep changes to page layouts. **Sitemap** **o** Ability to manually add pages to the site map as well **o** Google and Yahoo allow site managers to submit special, XML-formatted sitemaps to facilitate accurate crawling. Add the functionality to the CMS so it natively creates Google and Yahoo site maps. **[login to view URL]** **o** Allow specific individuals to control the [login to view URL] on a page-by-page basis **o** Prohibit unauthorized staff from making alterations to this file without approval **o** Define a workflow for the [login to view URL] file that requires review by the system administrator We are envisioning that this individual possesses the following skills and experience: ***** 3+ years of C# ***** 2+ years of ASP.NET ***** 2+ years of HTML, JAVASCRIPT and CSS ***** 4+ years of SQL Server 2000 must be comfortable writing stored procedures ***** Highly experienced in setting up and modifying udf and know transact sql inside and out ***** Working knowledge of ASP.NET starter kits **This work must: **1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
