ASp.net2.0 wiki

I need a asp.net wiki that is similar to wikipedia. I dont care if you have this code already or if we customize something opensource. If opensource i need you to make sure the code is really clean and well done. Maybe open apps as you might know end up with a ton of bad code that makes things slow In this wiki i need very common features and layout as wikipedia is. I also want to incorporate some ajax and js things to make it a bit more updated in terms of usability. It would be nice to get some inline editing and things all ajaxed so we dont have to reload the pages etc.. but we can discuss I will want to try and make the wysiwyg editor wrok with telerik rad editor since this is my favorite editor. let me know if you can help and we can talk details.
