41454 Need fix for PHPNuke site

I changed my server OS from Windows IIS to Unix and upgraded my PHPNuke version from 6.9 to 7.6. Since then, my Coppermine image gallery is broken, images can't be viewed and my users can't upload images to it anymore. In addition, I have another section within the site, coded in php but not part of PHPNuke, where the functionality to upload images is also broken. The error messages that come up lead me to suspect its a permission issue in the directories. I would like a programmer skilled in PHP and PHPNuke to fix these two problems for me. I believe a skilled programmer will find this a very easy problem to solve. If you can prove your skill in this, I have other things I would like to improve on the same site, so please keep this in mind when quoting.
