36010 millio$ script needed/ Edited

Hi, i have a pixel site, up and running pixel ad mall .com , i need the following enhancements made there, i need to change the buy module and make it similiar to the script available at [login to view URL], the user when goes to the buy page, has 2 options buy a block and free blocks [2 zones] the person clicks on buy ....goes to the page to select pixels, just like the above script, chooses the blocks, uploads the images, for the free pixels, people get activation mail, and pixels are live, in this in the admin section i should have the abiliity to delete any free pixels. for the buy they should goto paypal, and i have the ability to activate these from the admin menu. - no IPN needed - i am not counting clicks - already have an admin menu, this needs to be integrated - i need a person who has already wrked on such a script, and can show me live wrks. - may have one or two enhancements, max budget : 25$ Payment to escrow, only after i test the script at your server. ( million script is available for 50 bucks, so please dont bid higher than the said budget)
