Unfinished "Database Searching" for a website

The project is similar to [login to view URL] There will be 5 combo boxes and each combobox should be filtered according to the selection of the user step by step. If the user selects city1 then "university combobox" should list only the universities of city1. The other combo boxes should be filtered like this. A programmer started this project and it is 85% finished. Anyone who can finish this project as soon as possible?? There are written codes for this project.
