250069 Kubelance modifications Needed

1. normally a provider pays a % of the amount put in to the freelance site; that is fine but I want a few additions to that; a) the provider can buy off the fee by paying a monthly fixed price or a yearly fixed price (i must be able to manage that in the config or admin) b) the buyer can buy off the fee for all his providers by paying a monthly fixed price or yearly fixed price (i must be able to manage that in config or admin) 2. [login to view URL];section=projects&Go.x=0&Go.y=0 integrate a quiz app so admins can make quizzes, users can take them (as much as they want, but once they done one, they shouldn't be able to retake it within 1 month) and see the score on their profile; like PHP advanced test - 99% English test - 50% etc For every test it must generate a top 10 of who took it sorted by score and, when you are among the top 10% it must put a THUMBSUP icon (find one please) in the results on the profile 3. On the buyer-provider communcation area, there must be a 'deliverables' area; here providers upload what they created. The buyer *cannot* see these until the provider checked a box saying; 'The project has been delivered' after which the buyer can see that it has been delivered, but he still cannot download it. When the provider checks the box, the admins will get a mail that it has been delivered; they have to 'free it up' by checking; finish delivery. Then the buyer can download it. The admins can add comments to the delivered materials. Ofcource the admins *can* download it. 4. There must be a free type text wysiwyg editor in the user profile where *only* admins can type stuff. 5. Admins must be able to rate users which must be visible in the profile; they can rate the following things; - communication skills - deliverables quality - php quality (if applicable; if they don't vote, it counts as a non-vote, so it doesn't count then) - php comment quality (if appl) - html quality (if appl) - more... This must be extendable; it is ok if that is through chaning code, but it must not be too hard. The same goes for providers, but there will be much less options. 6. It must be possible to sort buyers to the factors set in 5 for providers
