Extending our existing CMS with dynamic inline editing (Jotform.com like behaviour just more than forms)

We have an existing CMS which was developed by us. More information is at the attached document. What we are looking for is midsize or large company/team we can work together long term, as there will be some time involved to get to know the current system. Please quote the total for the Parts 1/1a and 2, and only including Step 3, if the draft info is enough to quote. But Post us each step separatly as PM based on the document. I am sure there will be questions, so please post them. We reference to [login to view URL], as many parts are similar to it. Step1/1a will be very similar to it, but extended by other functions. So it's not a clone, but similar in functions and behaviour. We already had the project posted as Jotform clone, but as this information was misleading, we post this as new project. Backend is in german language, translation is done by us. Current development was done by ourselve includes PHP/Mysql/Jquery/Adobe Developer Toolbox (witout adodb) About Payment: We do escrow payment on a per step basis. So basically Step1/1a is the part we start with and put the amount into escrow only. After its completed, it will be sent to the service provider and if all went successful, we start with the next Step putting Money into escrow. We don't do advance payments to companies we don't know yet, after this is finished, payment terms can be discussed. As this is more complex please ask before placing a quote. Also we want to workout the complete project description together, as ideas are also welcome, as we can tell you what we want, and explain how the current system was designed. But the detailed project analysis and system design should be done by you. Timeframe Mid January till End January 2009
