inherently Nerdy Content & Social Media Ninja needed for fandom culture podcast

At the top of my list is someone who gets and understands my audience, someone who loves comic book culture, sci-fi, fantasy, anime, gaming etc. BUT, if you are aren't that person, but you are someone who is willing to do the research and familiarize yourself with these communities. I'd still love to hear from you. I intend for this to be a long term contract, we could potentially be working together for years. The work though, shouldn't take you more than 2 hours at a time. My needs are very specific. And I will provide you with every tool you need this process as painless as possible. the design of our social media content is very uniform. And in line with our brand, the design aspect of the work will not be the time consuming portion, the most challenging aspect of this job will depend on how familiar you are with my target community. I need someone who can get inside my head, as well as my listeners. If you can demonstrate you can do that. This could definitely turn into a very long term thing. I will provide how to videos, for all aspects of design. To the accepted candidate. You will be required to work from a social media scheduler, right now we just use Facebook Business Suite to manage FB and IG, you would be working with our YouTube and Twitter too. We don't do tik tok and don't want to do Tik tok. And we might have you post to our Discord. So basically, I'm looking for someone who can produce content to our brand standards without a lot of input and publish it based on our schedule. We estimate the time spent will be anywhere between 2-3 hours a day, and you would be performing the following tasks. 1. designing/creating content in photoshop to our specifications 2. Posting content to Facebook and IG via Facebook Business Suite 3. Tweeting links to our episodes current and previous 4. Posting episode links in reddit communities according to the rules of the community 5. Managing communications with fans, users, and redditors. Short listed candidates will be given a small task to evaluate the desired skill sets.
