45300 Re do my Smartsearch PPC

I have a pay per click search engine running on the old smartsearch script. 1. I want the script udated with the latest version and I can send you a download link for it. 2. I want the homepage layout / design changed and I can send you the directions for this change. The resulting homepage will have minimum graphics and copy. 3. I want my search results page changed somewhat. I go into all the details here, but I'll send the winning programer complete and clear instructions. There will be several changes on the search results page layout. But only that page, the homepage and the new script installation is all there is. There will be no changes to the advertiser account pages. I prefer a programmer with Smartsearch experience but all are welcome to bid. Thanks
