XAML and silver light design

I need a hardcore designer to design XAML and Silverlight pages for my software; the total number of pages is 9-10 pages I would like to have the design with several customized options for example colors ranges can be easily changed with a new ones also the design layout (frames, buttons … etc) should be also flexible to change with 2-3 readymade templates. The developer can take ideas from other website for example [login to view URL] sample dashboards or [login to view URL] samples, which I need, similar interface to them. Pages are: 1-Main screen contains categories in the top and taskbar at the bottom with several containers (small boxes files the area between) which i call it charts container. the system end user will be able to design a new dashboard through a wizard which will allow him to divide the screen into small portions and blocks then place a graph or a report in each block 2-When clicking on the menu button –just as in windows- a new small rectangle will appear contains items such as: new dashboard, new graph, edit dashboard, save, save as, preferences and logout. 3-The bottom taskbar will also contain close, restore and minimizes buttons (windows style) appears to the most right, with four more small icons to the left of them grouped in one box: favorites icon, alert icon and analysis icon, magnifier icon, for those Icons they should be grouped in one container and also I would like the designer to suggest other ideas to group then in one icon with pop up option if the user clicked on it. 4-Category bar, each category contain a drop down menu once its clicked or mouse over 5-When the user open one more new dashboard from the category bar the old category will be minimized to the main task bar (same windows behavior) 6-Another floating box will appear if the user moved the mouse to the most left upper area in the screen the box will contain three buttons (close, minimize and restore) for the showing dashboard. Close: will close the entire dashboard, minimize will store it to the below taskbar while minimize will make 50% smaller. 7-I would like to have some cool animation in the design especially with events, such as mouse over or clicks I have nothing in mind for that so I’ll left it to the designer creativity only the favorite and alert features should have another state of animation, for example the alert will keep lighting. 8-Other pages are not still clear in my mind but they are [login to view URL] new dashboard wizard. b. Create new graph. after clicking on the new dashboard link from the menu a small box will appear which will guide the user to create a new graph through 3-4 pages with (next, back, cancel and finish buttons) c. Edit dashboard, will enable the end user to add remove graphs and change the dashboard layout d. Edit graph. it will open the same graph creation wizard steps e. Preferences page. a full size page divided into tabs I’ll talk with the developer about the details later but they are straight forward. All of the above mentioned design should be flexible enough to add more components later and add the code behind in .Net 9-Login and splash screen, I need also to design a login screen contains only username and password sections with save password option after successful login the user will go directly to the main page while if its failed the same login page will show an error. The splash screen will open ones the user open the URL so it will be the first thing to see, I still don’t have a logo of my software but I would like to have something fancy and animated in the login screen that can be later modified to include the company brand and logo. The same applies on the splash screen I would like to have it with more than one design with the option of changing colors. Splash screen should also have nice animation and colors. I would like the developer to take a look at the two mentioned sites above to take ideas. all of the code should be in XAML and SilverLight,microsoft expression blend
