I require a MYSQL Query that produces a report according to the attached pdf file. Notes: - The attached pdf file with an existing MYSQL query works but it only counts and does not show percentages. - The query cannot leverage any views, triggers, etc. just a query of the tables as attached - I will be testing the query through phpmyadmin - The query is not require to sum up any values just count the records according to the conditions / format and calculate percentages.
