SQLite to MYSQL Regular Data Copy

Very simple, I need to copy tables of SQLite data into MYSQL tables. If the UID already exists in the MYSQL tables, then they should update and not create a record. Assume field names are identical, except for the primary key field name, this needs to be specified in the ini file. There are x5 tables that require replicating and need to be updated every few seconds, all errors need to be logged. I would like to configure the script using an ini file like this example.
