Write a new font for the iPhone accessible through the keyboard

I want somebody to create a sarcastic font which users can add as a language to their iPhone. The user must be able to just tap on the little globe in the bottom left hand side of the keyboard to access the font like they do when they want to use an emoticon (I have a picture in the attachments which shows what I mean). The font that I want to use is pretty basic and the example file is in the attachments. I would like to add different fonts in the future, so the application should be able to accommodate that. I don't know how to create this and I'm not a coder/developer so I expect the winning bidder to be able to explain exactly what needs to be done and how they will do it. The winning bidder will also have the chance at future work adding other fonts. I would also like to make the font available for Android in the future.
