Hello, I have developed several apps using PhoneGap and Ionic. I find Ionic to be the better of the two so that is what we will work with. Is this entire app made to be self-contained or will the database/admin be online? If so we will want to setup a way to let the app sync with the online database if the tablet doesn't have internet while you collect waivers.
