iOS app to show videos and blog post from a private website

My client has a wordpress website where he post videos and blog posts daily. The videos are uploaded to vimeo and embedded into the website. He would like the users to have an app in where they can receive a notification updates wherever he post a new video/blog/update to the website. No data will be stored in the user's phone other than the app, so no need to store the videos or something for future watch. The info can be pulled/fetch and reformatted from the website itself. Whenever he post, the app should pull a message saying something like: "New blog post, click to see", "New video, click to watch!" or "New Update, click to see" and with a thumbnail "Click to see more or something". Videos are hosted in vimeo in a private channel and can only be viewed from the website. The user should be able to read the blog post, watch the video video or update from the app itself (loaded from the website/vimeo for example). App should have at least 2/3 tabs: Videos, Latest News or Updates and Blog or something. If you have had previously worked in something similar just rebrand it to this site to make it cheaper and simpler for us both. Also when possible, if he post an Instagram picture, the app could alert of this and upon click can open the IG app or something. Apps should be ready (at least a simple working version) for no more than January the 4/5th. Developer should be willing to modify, update or change anything at will in a comprehensive way of course. I'm also a developer/tech and understand the fuss. Will be taken more into consideration those who let the code open and easy to modify by us or any other developer in the future to add simple stuff. App should be able to be listed/approved in Google Play and also iOS App Store. As this moment, no ads would be added whatsoever within the app. Public should see no ads during the use of this apps. No login, user signup, subscription needed. Just anybody with the app can watch the site info. Any doubts or comments please do not hesitate to contact me.
