I have realized 2 years ago an app, e-wallet with some functionalities. Can be seen better in screenshots. I only want to add to a functionality another button with a function that saves photos and with that button you can see the photo.(Button will be on reports tab) another button on first tab that takes the picture and add it as a record in the database. Another new fuction must be the OCR(Optical Character recognition-there are allready libraries created for this by google) So this are the modifications that need to be done.

Regarding the project, from your description, it looks very simple and the budget looks fine for the work. However, I have plenty of experience of handling projects from the middle and it is not that easy as it sound. First, I need time to understand the project and my competence helps tremendously out here. Then only, I would be able to give you the accurate bid. If you are ready to go with per hour work with my rate, then I don't have much problem. Regarding the OCR, can you please re-direct me which library are you using from google. As far as my experience with OCR, it was not that easy. But this is some 3-4 years back, I am not sure about the available libraries now days. Let me know if you have questions. Regards
