Create a IOS and Android application

I need an application created for IOS and Android for a simple EA Sports FIFA tournament generator. Here is an example: [login to view URL] The App is to be called "DTF Premier League" or "DTF" for short. The basic features of the application are: 1. Create an account via Facebook login. (very basic info is stored) 2. Ability to start a new tournament (create name for tournament) 3. Choose how many players participate 4. Choose how many teams per player 5. Choose how many games against each player. 6. Select the teams per players. 7. Generate a tournament and display all fixtures to be played. The app is to have an algorithm to ensure players are not playing against their own teams. Rounds are to be laid out in which everyone is to play everyone once round. The data needed: 1. Every club in FIFA 16 & 17 2. Club logos for as many clubs possible. Tournament Table section: as per each tournament there will be a Table displaying the following information drawn from the fixtures in the tournament. A win will consist of 3 points. A draw will consist of 1 point. A loss will consist of 0 points Details in Table 1. Club name 2. Player name 3. No. games played 3. No. of wins 4. No. of draws 5. No. of losses 6. No. goals scored 7. No. goals scored against 8. The difference from goals scored and goals against. (scored - against) 9. Total Points The will be a 2nd table showing only details per player.
