Hello, I have read your job description and i wll make the application in all these 3 plateform with native and hybrid cross platefrom as per your need I have 5 years of experienced on mobile application (Android , iphone , Windows ) and App admimn with development web services where admin can manage the app from backend , I have developed many application to clients as per client requirements some of TAXI apps, google map , social chat with video calling and other apps with clients need . I would approach your project by starting with wireframes and getting the design completed, before starting the actual development phase. Hi, I would suggest to do it base on another browser. Doing with chrome might take much more efforts, it's too complicated. I'd like to discuss with you on the details if you're serious about the project, instead of looking for a quick an cheap solution.
