Android and iPhone application for drivers to keep track of their fuel expenses

I am looking for a simple mobile application for iPhone AND Android (both) platforms for drivers to keep track of gas/fuel tank fillings in their vehicles. Users will be able to download the app, open it, open an account via email/password (we will handle authentication as we have an API for that you'll just send a request and we will send authentication back) There will be 2 views - one for settings and other for use Settings View: - User will be able to Add, Edit or Delete Vehicles. - Every vehicle will have following on Add/Edit screen: [Vehicle Make], [Model], [Tank Capacity[, [Primary Driver], [Ave MPG City] [Ave MPG Hway] User's View: - User will be able to select vehicle (that was set in Settings view), and "Add Fuel" to it. If GPS is enabled, app will capture co-ordinates and will get filling station's info from Google Maps, etc. If GPS is not enabled but is supported by the phone, app will ask if user wants to enable it to capture location and capture location otherwise leave location = Unknown - App will ask how many gallons and the cost per gallon. There will be an option to select "Filled the tank" in which case default value will be taken from Settings view (see "Tank Capacity") - App will let the user see weekly and monthly cost of fillings, miles driven between fillings, etc. - App will feed this data as XML/CSV to our server where user will be able to login and run bunch of reports - We will handle that part I have written high level requirements so that those who are into hand held apps development can get the idea and discuss with me privately. Once we have all the agreements, we can have a formal bid and start working on the project.
