We need a very good Java programmer who can work with AT commands in Modem. Clearly, the developer need to develop a java program which can pull request from mySql table . The request will Contain phone number and recharge amount. Based on the phone number (which also tells who the Gsm Carrier is) the program will select the appropriate carrier and send USSD codes ( some codes will be interactive and some direct) based on the USSD return ,the program need to update mysql table flag. This is a mobile recharge system where a topup SIM will be place inside a MODEM. And the java program can DIAL USSD code using the modem and AT command. Alternatively, you can install other intermediary Linux software to communicate with the modems and use their Api's We are looking some urgent work, so, if you have something ready you get prefer.

Dear sir, I'm an Oracle Certified Java Programmer. I have both theoretical knowledge and 5 years+ hands-on experience in Java programming. I already developed similar program to dial mobile and send sms using AT commands. USSD is very much similar. It is a bit difficult task to implement Serial port(Virtual) communication with Modem device in Linux using Java (There are many solutions for windows). Because it requires OS native access from JVM. But I have developed my above mentioned solution for Windows, Linux and Mac OS as well. So I'm sure I can do this (Because I already have a solution for Cross platform), and you will be well satisfied if you award this project to me.
