I would like a quote on creating an APP that allows people to enter information about a person (Name, DOB, Height, Weight, Eye Colour, Hair Colour) and then take a picture of that person. The persons image should appear above the typed information (see attached image). For different screens I believe things should adjust so the person taking the image sees that all important information is on the screen. Once the image is taken the user then sends the image to their email address. The image size should be minimum w:600 x h:800 Is it possible to store the information they typed and the image somehow on the phone? I ask this as I want the user to revisit the image to do another APP project (the upsell). This is the first app. The second APP I will have built will be much like this one but with advanced features. So this app must offer the user the ability to upgrade without losing data or settings. Bidder must have created APPs in order to bid. APP will be created for iPhone and Android.

From your project description, it seems you want an app that manage a linking between a user photo and the user information. Most of the app i worked on are based on similar idea. I believe i can create this app and maybe even make better than what you expected. About your question of if you can save the information on the user device and later on retrieving it from a different app, the answer is yes. The best approach to doing this is creating a database that share between each other. Like this it will be organized and easy to access later on. I am looking forward to working with you.
