Rewrite an existing web site in HTML5/CSS3

1. Convert to HTML5/CSS3, with minor enhancements to the overall look and feel (designer to submit 3 approaches for review and approval); must use Bootstrap. ** We need to have an online session for you to present / go over your usage of Bootstrap in high level for the initial code acceptance with our development team leads. 2. Keep the menu bar static like Excel's Freeze Pane (when you scroll down the page, the menu bar stays there; similar to [login to view URL]). 3. Need to render nicely on mobile devices (iPad, iPhone, Android, and Surface) with "responsive" performance. 4. Revamp the UI to have an open/high-tech look and fee. Change the boxed-in design to have an open design similar to [login to view URL]; specifically around the animated gif / banner section in Kronos.com. 5. Multi-language support (via Google translate). 6. Need to call a web service call when the Login link is clicked to authenticate a user (login link is on the upper right hand side; currently the users/passwords are hardcoded). 7. Need to keep up and apply any changes in production to your version: we update our web site twice a month, on the 15th (or the nearest business day) and the end of the month. You need to keep up with our changes and apply our latest changes. It's to your advantage to complete the project ASAP. 8. Provide the source code weekly and an external link that our team can test your progress a couple times a week. You'll need to let us know what pages were updated/completed. 9. Convert all the videos on our web site's Support page and 2 On-Going Education pages to video stream like the YouTube videos. 10. Reasonable performance - our current home page's animated gif file/top panel takes too long to load. 11. Stand by to work with us for the production update to this new HTML5 web site when we replace the current web site. 12. 30-days post production support. The Payment schedule is listed below: - Project Initiation - 25% - Upon Completion of Home, About Us, Industry Solutions pages - 25% - Upon Completion of Software, Data Collection pages - 25% - Upon Completion of the remaining pages and live in production - 25%
