Hi Please find below my understanding of the project: 1. The admin enters a new employee in the company record and generates an access code for the employee 2. The employee then punches in the code in his app and submit to the server for authentication. 3. The code is validated at server end and on success the smart phone of the employee is auto registered for punching in his time in and time out on the server. (The server can be on http or ftp at this point) 4. The registered smart phone can be used to punch in a time in or a time out of the employee based on the employee action (button pressed on the registered smart phone) 5. On punch, the time, date, gps location and the action is registered on the server through ftp 6. The admin can later monitor the punches of the device and employee on the server using the data entered by the users Team Background: We are team of engineering and management graduates and developing mobile application for years as consultants now. We expertise in server/client interactions and work with web scale technologies like mongo and node js. We have experience of managing and analyzing big sets of data on server's database. Interesting app! Are the employees working outdoors all the time ? GPS will work exactly only at outdoors otherwise we can get the best location available using mobile data or last available location criteria. We can send the login information and GPS position through an HTTP request to the server. for implemention of the employee attendance that is time in and time out it bl take 4days..and communication with the server will take around 3days.

Key points of the app as per my understanding are mentioned below: * Authentication Code will be given to employee, which will be created from the provided back-end Admin panel once admin enter the details of the employee (Name, Cell Number, Email, Department). * Employee will enter the code in the app for the first time using the app. * App will show two option IN or OUT with the current location & time of the employee. * Once above info pushed by the employee it will be saved in the database and admin will access it through the backend. What delivery method will you use for the authorization code, sms, push message or in app message? 3. Will the user need an authorization code generated before each use or is the authorization code the same as a registration code (once off)?
