Access Database for Transport Routes

We are a business that requires a MS Access Database for our transport department. At present we are use excel to print off route sheets. We have over 200 customers and about 30 routes 7 days a week. Excel is very impractical, a few examples are below: -to query what route a customer is on and what days they are getting a delivery its very time consuming as each spread sheet has to be searched -to change a customer to a different route or delivery day -to run a report using zip codes/days/route number to make sure route drops are in order -list all customers to make sure all inactive ones are not on the route sheets. -to add a new customer is time consuming We would like a MS Access data base to do the following: [login to view URL] a entry form for new/existing customers with all their details, with this form we can select the delivery days of the week (Mon-Sun) and the route number it is to go on each day (route may change daily) [login to view URL] this has been entered this information should then be able to create route sheets similar to the ones they are using now so we can print them off daily.(we require the drivers to write in information on route sheets) [login to view URL] that we may require are a list of customers that are getting certain amount of deliveries per week. what route and days a customer is allocated on.
