Troubleshooting issue with VPS and dedicated server -- 2

Here was the original project posted and "resolved" yersterday: I am in the process of launching a video-sharing website - we will call it mysite.com. The site has been down for days and nobody knows why. The host assures me there is no problem at their end. Cloudflare seems to be fine as well, and the registrar, likewise, has done nothing that would cause the site to fail. It was working, then it stopped - now it just times out. It has done this several times - come and gone, come and gone - without any explanation. It is currently down and has been for almost 48 hours now. I have a VPS for the main site ([login to view URL]) and a dedicated server used for storage ([login to view URL]). They both are from the same host and neither work. I also have two encoders ([login to view URL] and [login to view URL]), which are hosted by two different hosts. Both encoder subdomains are avaialble, but, again, neither the main site nor the storage site is. I need someone to identify the problem and point me in the direction of a permanent fix. ------------ The problem at that time was the firewall needing a rule to pass traffic from a specific port. Today, I am trying to log in as admin and the site crashes all over again. It comes up sometimes, but mostly it doesn't. Once it even let me log in, but it wouldn't let me access anything. It just seems to time out on me. Somebody, please, help me fix this once and for all. I won't release funds until site is up and stable for at least 72 hours. I hope you understand.
