Expert Witness

I am looking for an expert witness to provide a detailed report about the shortcomings of the Webramp router for a court case, especially as it applies to the router's tendency to repeatedly and unnecessarily connect to a phone line when using ISDN2 on a Microsoft Windows NT based system. The witness will also have to provide a detailed CV proving the relevant technical knowledge and acadmeic qualifications. The case is under the jurisdiction of England and Wales and the witness MUST either ideally 1. speak UK english as their mother tongue (although US, etc english acceptable), or 2. speak fluent relevant technical english AND reside in the EU. Costs incurred will be paid. It is highly unlikely that the witness will be required to attend any court hearing. Candidates should submit CV via PM.
