Zendesk time tracking add-on application

Our team would like a time tracking app built for our Zendesk portal. Zendesk already has a native time tracking app. The time tracking app allows our agents to track and record the time spent on tickets (incident requests). We would like the same app that Zendesk created, however we need the ability to choose which business or organization it is assigned to. Not all of our organizations need to be tracked with time recordings. This is the limitation of the native Zendesk app, it tracks the time for every ticket under every organization. What we do like about the Zendesk time tracking app is that after every update (Open, Pending, On Hold or Solved) it displays a pop-up that allows you to submit the time, and this can be modified by our agents at that time as well. This is important because we'll need to see time that has been recorded in a View within Zendesk.
