Looking at your requirements you require a pair of bots that work exactly like the custom bot I currently run and maintain for my discord community and other larger communities. The moderation side of the bot is easy to do and should be completed within a week or two. The fun and games bot is easy as well and would take another two weeks. Resulting in a month prediction.
