Volusion - Popup Lightbox Needed (Javascript/Jquery)

I have an online store with Volusion and need someone which is familiar with the volusion interface to create an add on features for me. I want three type of light boxes, the first is a popup lightbox on visit, the second is a lightbox popup on exit. I would like to get a pop up (light box) added onto the homepage, which prompts customers to sign up to my newsletter in return for a store credit. ENTRY POPUP: This is how I would like the process to work 1. So when a customer visits my site, a pop up shows and asks customers to register for information. 2. Once the customer has registered they will be sent a link to download the information. I would also want the following: 1. An option to close the pop up box incase the customer does not to sign up 2. Ensure the pop up only appears once to that IP address, so if the customer revisits the site it does not show up again. 3. The customers details to be set up as Opted In to receive all newsletters EXIT POP UP: This is how I would like the process to work 1. So when a customer exits my site, a pop up shows and asks customers to register to receive $X off their next order. 2. Once the customer has registered a credit of $xx will automatically be applied to their account 3. This applies to new customers only and the store credit is valid for one use only 4. Once the customer reaches their basket, the store credit is activated and deducted from their account I would also want the following: 1. An option to close the pop up box incase the customer does not to sign up 2. I want this to pop-up only if we do not have an email address associated with their IP address 3. The customers details to be set up as Opted In to receive all newsletters 4. A store credit to be added to their account with immediate effect 5. Customer can only receive this offer once per email address If possible, please show me your portfolio of lightbox created.
