docstat shall be a commandline utility with two pathes as parameters and an XML file as output. The output shall answer the questions: 1. what .c and .h files exist in path A and below but not in path B and below 2. what .c and .h files exist in path B and below but not in path A and below 3. determine the difference between files which exist in path A and path B or below Requirements: filenames are unique, regardless where they reside beneeth path A or B. The same file beneeth path A may reside at a different location beneeth path B. Layout differences are not of intrest, only C language syntax differences shall be output. Milestones: M1: prepare test data for input and an XML schema for output M2: prepare the utility in Java 7, you may deliver it as Eclipse or maven project or the like. M3: report about your tests Payment: Immediately after delivery of excepted test report. There will be a bonus if the installation on Win7 runs smooth.

the Java utility program should list, files in location A but not in location B, files in location B but not in location B, the comparison of files both are in location A and B. And the output should be in XML format.
