I want an application over which i can deploy my constructed ontology and later on i have to enter a keyword as a query and all the related information to that keyword must be displayed .and this application must be able to find out the amount of time required to search the related information and also the application has to find the recall and precision and f measure . The ontology which i had constructed is in tree form and i have taken all the nouns of the textual resource as a class and verb as possible relationship between them for example (doctor)Noun +(treats)Relation+patient(Noun).in this way i had constructed the ontology now i have to analyse that if i manually search any term than what time it takes ,how much relevant information i get and what if i search a keyword through an application. Her the domain i selected is blood cancer(B.C) .Here i am posting my input file actually i have used two tools firsrt one is GATE and second one is [login to view URL] is my NLP tool and TEXT2ONTO for the extraction of nouns. at last i have used graphviz for constructing ontology graphically.
I will be happy to take on the challenge. I propose extracting all sentences containing the keyword(noun or verb) from the text. The sentences will undergo analysis using the ontology constructed to determine whether there exists any relationship between the keyword and the other words of the sentence. Finally, the count of all known relationships of the keyword is calculated.
Combining this information will be crucial to finally determine the precision, recall and f1-score.
