I am writing a piece of software in Java related to stock trading. It needs to be able to track orders placed from various user trading softwares. I've written the Interactive Brokers portion, but I am not familiar with any other trading software, and I don't have the time to learn.
If you are very familiar with just one or two API's, then feel free to bid for those as well. In your bids please list the softwares you can cover.
Some may include:
eSignal
TradeStation
Ninja Trader
etc..
I don't know what trading software is the most popular or which ones have Java APIs, so feel free to throw more into the mix.
There should be one java class per trading software. I will provide a basic Java interface for the classes to implement.
It only needs to call a function when a trade is executed, with all the details of the trade.
Additionally, I will need a few screenshots and sentences for a very simple step-by-step guide on how to configure the trading software so that a Java program can gain access to the order placement information.
Thanks!
