Create and deliver source code for iOS App, simple one-screen calculation app.

I'm looking to make an iOS app that is a simple calculation based on four inputs. Please see the [login to view URL] for the inputs. Ideally the bottom results will automagically update as the top is changed. It needs to take in total price, package size, and then bottles per day need to be whole numbers between 1 and 12, and ounces per bottle need to be whole and half numbers between 1 and 12oz, (eg 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5, etc.). The data below will fill in based on some math formulas I've made up. It would be really cool if there could be an animated fill up similar to the gif attached. Maybe based on 0 to 1000. I'm okay if that's not there at all either. I am also not married to this design, its just what I drew up. I'd just like it to look modern and have a good feel to it. Please feel free to improve it. That's all there is to it, just the one page. I would like to put in the math formula's myself if you could make it so I can do that. I am good to edit any kind of code. I'm a python programmer and web developer, just not so great at iOS development yet. I would like to be able to take this code and maybe add to it someday.
