Grifball app

Hello. I'd like someone to make me an iOS game(preferably for iPad or both iPad and iPhone) game based on Grifball from Halo 4. Here's how GB works: You have a hammer and a sword (look up "Halo Gravity Hammer" and "Halo Energy Sword" for pictures). Then, there's a bomb. There are two teams: Red and Blue. When you pick up the bomb you turn orange. Then you score by planting the bomb in the other teams goal where it explodes immediately. The gravity hammer has a blast radius upon swinging, but is not accurate. A sword is more accurate, but does not have much range. Look up "Halo Grifball" for videos and what not. Here's how I want the game to work. I want it similar to NFL Pro 2014. Instead of FPS,I want it third person. Other than that, I want it exactly the same. I want similar physics for the weapons. I want it so when you tap the enemy, it hits them. I want to where it's and an angle so you can tap the direction you want to go. I don't care what the players look like. As long as they're red and blue. Feel free to bid any amount that's reasonable. You can go over the Micro Project budget. Thank you.
