JOB OVERVIEW: Overseeing and manage the company’s finances by maintaining accurate books on accounts payable/receivable and daily financial entries and reconciliations. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Up to three years of construction bookkeeping experience. Solid computer skills are essential for this position including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel and QuickBooks. Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Must pay attention to detail, ability to work well with others, administration skills, customer service skills, ability to use your initiative, flexible and open to change, and multi-tasking is key to succeed in this position. BILINGUAL IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH IS PREFERED. RESPONSIBLITIES AND DUTIES: DAILY DUTIES: • Bank Feeds. • Job costing. • Accounts Payable - complete payments and control expenses by receiving payments, plus processing, verifying and reconciling invoices. • Accounts Receivable – ensure company receives payments for good, services, and records these transactions accordingly including securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts and resolving any discrepancies. • Reconcile all bank and credit card accounts. • Process Weekly Payroll; adp, commission payments and work order payments.
